Conference Admission Passes and Receipts
- You may choose one of two payment methods: (1) credit card or (2) payment or bank transfer via the post office.
- (1) Payment by Credit Card
After completing your registration, you will be directed to a page where you can enter your credit card information. - (2) Payment or Transfer at a Post Office
Please enter the amount and payment details displayed during registration on the payment slip available at a post office, and make your payment at the post office counter. Be sure to include your membership number.
About Participation Tickets and Receipts
- Upon registration, you will receive an email containing instructions for logging in to your My Page account. Your conference admission pass and receipt will be available for download for approximately one week beginning on the first day of the conference.
Reasonable Accommodations for Conference Participation
To ensure equitable access to its annual conferences and research meetings, the Society will provide reasonable accommodations for participants who require assistance with presenting or attending sessions due to health-related or other circumstances. This initiative will begin with the Spring Annual Conference.
If you wish to request accommodations, please complete the form below by Monday, January 4, 2027, if you plan to give a presentation, or by Sunday, February 7, 2027, if you will attend without presenting.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate every request due to limitations in staffing, conference operations, or venue resources.
Any information you provide in connection with your request will be used solely to arrange reasonable accommodations and will be handled appropriately.
Downloading the Conference Proceedings
Participants who register in advance will be able to download the conference proceedings approximately one week before the first day of the conference.
